PURPOSE OF THE STUDY

To explore the intersection between mental health, sexuality, and pornography viewing.

INCENTIVES/REMUNERATION

Upon completion of the survey you will be directed to another survey where you can select to be included in a drawing for one $100 visa gift card. The likelihood of being chosen is dependent on the number of participants, but it is expected that 1000 will be completed.  The drawing will be conducted at the University of South Alabama on 12/15/2017.  You will be contacted through email if you have been selected.

ANONYMITY

Your answers on this survey will be completely anonymous.

RISKS/DISCOMFORTS

The items do ask for your honest answer on potentially uncomfortable habits (such as your habits regarding body image and pornography). You are under no obligation to complete the survey or items that you feel are too uncomfortable.

BENEFITS

While you will not directly benefit from participation, you will be helping social scientists better understand these complex relationships as they occur in society.
